The Lunch Lady has been in the Food Services business for 37 years, serving as Director of Food Services for Shawnee Mission, KS Schools and St. Joseph, MO Schools and as a Food Services Management/Nutrition Consultant. During her tenure, she has helped others find solutions and thoroughly understands the Food Services industry from all perspectives.
The Lunch Lady is a Registered Dietitian and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics from the University of Nebraska and a Masters in Business Administration form Northwest Missouri State University. In 2009, she received her certification from the American Dietetic Association in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management.
